By accessing, provisioning, or utilizing the communication resources, softswitches, web panels, or APIs provided by BestRoyalty, your organization accepts and agrees to conform with the legal guidelines, operational limitations, and parameters documented herein. If you do not accept these provisions, you must terminate usage immediately.
You agree to utilize our hosted communications structures solely for legitimate corporate communication purposes. System abuse rules are strictly enforced. Forbidden operations include:
Clients must recognize that VoIP-based emergency calling (e-911) processes differently than legacy copper lines:
You are solely responsible for protecting all softphone credentials, API access keys, and panel passwords. Any signaling or call charges generated under your account credentials will be billed directly. Your engineers must ensure that local firewalls maintain suitable Quality of Service (QoS) configurations to prevent local network congestion.
BestRoyalty invoices services monthly or annually based on selected system parameters. Fees, standard carrier taxes, and international toll rates are itemized in billing. Failure to clear billing invoices within 15 standard days from the billing marker may result in automated call suspension until accounts are settled.
All system elements, web dashboards, routing firmware, softswitch software components, logos, and portal code interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of bestroyalty. No reverse-engineering of signaling profiles or redistribution of system elements is permitted under this contract.
While our Anycast nodes target a 99.98% network uptime SLA, global communications remain susceptible to unpredictable transit carrier blocks, WAN network disconnects, local power failures, or malicious packet storms. BestRoyalty reserves the right to suspend routing lines during active attacks to defend general network stability.
You may close active profiles or cancel SIP trunk lines by providing 30 days written notice to our support team. BestRoyalty reserves the right to terminate routing services instantly if system logs demonstrate active violations of acceptable use parameters.
To the maximum extent allowed under applicable laws, BestRoyalty and its system suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of enterprise revenue, system downtime, or e-911 failure events. Our total cumulative liability is capped at the fees paid to BestRoyalty during the previous 1-month period.
These system terms, billing agreements, and operational policies are governed by and constructed under the state laws of California, United States, excluding conflict of law guidelines. Any litigation must occur strictly in Los Angeles court systems.
